Stewards - AM / PM Shifts Available
Description: The Banquet Steward is responsible for supplying silverware, glassware and china to the Banquet Department. The Banquet Steward maintains the cleanliness of all Banquet related equipment and Banquet area. Also responsible for taking food out to the function area and bringing it back to the kitchen. Check daily activities. Prepare and stage set-ups for the next meal period.
Qualifications: Six months to one year experience in dishwasher and dish room procedures and equipment preferred.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 50 pounds and able to stand for long periods of time.
Important Personal Characteristics: Good organization and communication skills. Being cooperative with all personnel. Must follow standard operating procedures and guidelines of the Scottsdale Plaza Resort.
